Aroma Touch Massage

The Aroma Touch Massage experience is a massage that is designed to suit your personal needs. At the time of your treatment the massage can range from a hard, firm massage to a deep tissue massage to release muscle tension from your neck and shoulders right down to your lower back or a therapeutic relaxation massage to ease away stress and tension from work or hectic lifestyles.

Heat therapy is also used at a beginning of each treatment to assist in relaxing tight muscles before massage begins.

During our massage treatments at Aroma Touch Massage, a range of sports stretches are used to give a greater release to those stressed areas in the body giving greater relief and greater flexibility throughout the body.

Essential oils are used to enhance treatments because of their anti-inflammatory and relaxation properties.

Another great massage is our Hydro-Therapy massage. This massage is carried out on a bladder of warm water. As you lie on your back the massage is performed from underneath ranging from a firm massage to ultimate relaxation. This massage is great for the elderly or during pregnancy.

Treatment times range from 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1&1/2 hour to 2 hour treatment for total relaxation.
